We recommend that your VELA chair is serviced annually, to ensure it remains in the best possible condition and to maximise the lifespan of the chair.
Chair services are conducted by our specialist VELA technicians, usually lasting around 30 minutes. A chair service can take place within either the home, school or work environment. During a chair service, all parts of the chair are checked and tested.
The cost of a chair service does not include replacement parts. Should the service indicate that your chair require replacement parts, these would need to be paid for separately.
